Here's what happened to me when I started implementing StrongHER practices in my own life.
I never planned to be a wellness coach specifically for women. I thought I’d only work with highly self-motivated clients. But the truth is, 99% of people need support, accountability, and guidance to create lasting change. After getting my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and my Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science, I spent years working in fitness, performance coaching, and military environments.
My own setbacks - a divorce, losing an incredible job I loved, multiple cross-country and overseas moves, burnout, culture shock, rebuilding my life from scratch, starting a business while healing - pushed me deeper into the work I now teach.
StrongHER was born from lived experience, not theory. I’m in the middle of refining my own comeback, and now I help women start theirs.
